These really stay cold

The item was too large. I need something smaller.

I did not realize how small they are.
Also theres not much gel in them at all.

Does not stay hot AT ALL

Great for my lunchbox. Have been using these ice packs on a daily basis for years.

I use them for hot and cold lunch boxes of my kids! It keeps the temperature until they eat lunch.

I bought these to keep kids’ lunches warm, but the heating element doesn’t hold heat well at all, even with insulated bags and containers. The cold function works great, though. I do like that they’re moldable to fit any shape and small enough to tuck into bags or lunch containers.
Good for keeping things cold, but not reliable for keeping food warm.
