OWERSLYN tv converter box is designed to receive Over-The-Air TV signal. and it is not a replacement of the encrypted digital cable box. An external antenna is required to connect to this converter box in order to receive signal.If the picture freezes or is unstable, Please use a 5V phone charger to power tv tuner. (instead of the TV’s USB port).This digital converter box ONLY works for ATSC signal and will work in the USA, Canada, Mexico, Bahamas, Dominican Republic and Suriname. For other countries, please check with your local TV signal before purchasing this item.
