Its easy and very fast to cook in. Its also very easy to clean. Anything that can be cooked in an oven can be done in this bad boy with less than half of the overall effort and in a quarter of the time.This unit in particular runs relatively quiet and you can tell its also higher quality than the competition.The basket, while not the largest size offered is roomy and from what I have read this size is the perfect balance for quick good times and available cook area.The unit also shuts down automatically when the basket is removed which makes me as a novice cook feel far more confident in its safety.10/10

If we don’t have people over for a cookout, we much prefer this air fryer for speed and ease of clean up. I know that may sound sacrilegious to some. but it cooks almost everything perfectly. It holds two 1″ thick ribeyes and gets the outside a little crusty and still tender and juicy on the inside. We cook everything from scallops to chicken wings to brats in this airfryer and every single thing we have tried has turned out great. It also has many other functions besides air frying such as reheat. You can reheat several pieces of fried chicken quickly without drying it out and the skin stays nice and crispy. Since we got this Cosori, we barely use our microwave and use our grill and Ninja Woodfire smoker much less frequently. I highly recommend this product.

My family and I use our Cosori air fryer EVERY DAY. We have used the 5qt. unit until its untimely death and were upgraded to the 6qt. Turboblaze when a replacement was needed under warranty due to a failing switch. We absolutely adore the new unit and all of the additional features it provides! THIS UNIT IS SO QUIET my daughter asked me to check to make sure it was running after having started it. Air frying, baking, proofing, dehydrating, even the ability to make Greek yogurt. Five automated fan settings assure even cooking EVERY SINGLE TIME.The porcelain coating is a bonus and makes clean up insanely easy! The safety feature of a locking basket should put every parent at ease as well.I love this particular unit so much, I bought one for my sister while it was recently on sale too!I went with the Cosori brand after combing the internet researching for the best brand in my price range 7-8 years ago. I’ve been so very pleased that I’ve purchased other Cosori products. I’m a huge fan of brands that provide products that actually do what they say they do!!! I will be a lifetime Cosori consumer.

This air fryer is everything they say it is and I highly recommend it The ceramic non stick coating really sealed the deal for me However, I notice that when food is finished cooking or displays”Ready” if I don’t turn the unit off after about 5 minutes I smell plastic The unit was set up and prepared for use as per instructions and I’ve already cooked with it a few times with no problems but I would always pull the basket out and push it back in, or turn the unit off after cooking I suspect the AC coil may still be activated without the fan running Without the DC fan running it could potentially heat up some plastic and if that AC coil does indeed remain active then I would suggest to turn the unit off or unplug the unit I will update if this happens again but I do know that I smelled plastic This could be a design flaw but only time will tell I would suggest to turn the unit off or unplug it when your food is “Ready” or use the “Warm” setting if you must let it sit This could be a big deal if this is indeed a design flaw Other than that, this is probably the best air fryer for the money Just remember to pull the drawer out and push it back in to in to reset the unit to idle Don’t let it just sit there with the “Ready” light remaining on Just takes a second or less to tap on the screen to shut it off or pull the tray out and push it back in You could also use the “Warm” feature which does use the DC powered fan with the low heat I hope I am wrong about this because I really love this air fryer and the ceramic non stick coating that it has, and It cooks very very well Again, there really is no need to have the “Ready” light on with the coil still activated It should have an after cooking timer like the instant pot that tells you how long it’s been sitting there for reference But the instant pot also has the keep warm feature turned on by default, so you would also have to turn that off or some amount of heat would still be used, but it is designed that way and explained in the users manual This Cosori unit is supposed to shut itself off after 30 minutes of inactivity, but not trusting in that if I smell any plastic fumes I am still keeping the unit despite this potential design flaw I can live with that when everything else about this unit is perfectly fine

I had a Instant Vortex Plus 6-Quart Air Fryer which was a very good unit, but when I noticed the release of the Cosori Iconic Stainless Steel 6.5 Qt Air Fryer which has a PFAS-Free Ceramic Coating, and a Maximum temperature setting of450°F, as opposed to the Instant Vortex Plus only having a maximum temperature setting of 400°F, I decided to give the Cosori a try. I am extremely glad I did. The Cosori Iconic has performed flawlessly. I am able to achieve much better crispy crust results on chicken and it seems to have more uniform results on all the food in the basket than the Instant Vortex unit. Other things I like about the Cosori Iconic is the lack of the forced preheat that the Instant Vortex had. On the Instant Vortex unit this preheat time was not timed so you could not just place things in the unit and let it go. The Cosori Iconic starts timing immediately so you can set a couple of extra minutes if you want to preheat then remove the basket when these expire and the unit stops timing. You can insert the food and replace the basket and timing starts covering the recipe time you wanted. Another interesting feature is the shake button. If you do the preheat thing, then hit the shake button when you put the basket back in, it calculates shake time based on the time the unit was displaying when you inserted the basket so your shake timer activates at the correct time for the recipe not on the time with the added preheat. Reliability appears to be excellent based on the warranty period so even though my time with the Iconic has been limited this and the apparent quality of the unit would seemingly indicate excellent long term reliability. From a safety perspective, the Cosori Iconic stays cool enough to touch on all surfaces with the exception of the area immediately surrounding the vent on the rear of the unit. The vent directs output upward which is a plus as it directs the output up and away from any wall to the units rear which will reduce suspended grease particles and heat from blowing directly onto anything to the units rear. The unit is also fairly quite so as to not be an intrusion if you have a kitchen adjoining your living room where family members may be watching TV, so cranking up the TV volume to compensate for kitchen noise will not be required.Well, that was kind of rambling, but bottom line, I am extremely pleased with the Cosori Iconic air fryer, and have greatly enjoyed cooking with it. Price-wise it is a more expensive option, but I feel it is worth every penny and will be a grate addition to my kitchen.
